Warranty statement

  1. Each fan leaves the factory with its own product specification label and number. If the equipment label is torn and it is impossible to correctly determine whether the equipment is manufactured by Xinlifeng Innovation Co., Ltd., the warranty will not be provided.
  2. The warranty validity period is based on the indication on the factory label of the fan.
  3. The inner fan is under warranty. If any abnormal disassembly, fall, or self-modified structure is found, the warranty will not be covered.
  4. Xinlifeng's motors and impellers will be registered with manufacturing numbers. If they are found to have been replaced by themselves, the warranty will not be covered.
  5. If the base plate of the fan is not reinforced and is deformed, the warranty will not be covered.
  6. A filter box or washing tower must be installed in front of the fan inlet. For fans used under positive pressure, the impeller and body are not guaranteed.
  7. If the fan impeller bursts and is damaged during the warranty period, be sure to notify Xinlifeng Innovation Co., Ltd. as soon as possible and keep the site until technicians go to the site to investigate and confirm the cause of the burst damage. If the site is moved, damaged or missing parts, it will cause inability to If the correct cause of explosion damage is determined, the warranty will be void.
  8. If the motor within the warranty period is abnormal or damaged due to non-human factors, our company will give priority to replacing it with a quality product of the same grade, which will then be sent back to the original motor manufacturer to determine the cause of the failure, and the motor manufacturer will confirm the responsibility.
  9. Belt-type fans: Belts and bearings are consumable materials and are not covered by the warranty. Therefore, the user must follow the instructions marked on the machine for proper maintenance to extend the life of the fan.
  10. Force majeure natural disasters such as lightning strikes, natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, insect pests, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  11. If it is judged that the equipment is not covered by the warranty, the company will charge the relevant costs incurred after repairs.
  12. The company has the right to interpret and change the warranty terms that are not regulated.
